Shipping policy

1. Shipping is free for all orders above Rs. 500. We do not accept returns.

2. Partial Cash-on-Delivery (COD) is available for all orders with a small payment of Rs. 49. This amount is non-refundable and paid upfront, with the remaining order value balance collected upon delivery.

3. We try to ship all orders received before 12 pm on the same working day. There may be delays during busy periods or due to unavailability of shipping partners.

4. Our shipping partners will deliver your order from Monday to Saturday between 9 am and 7 pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

5. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes. In general, delivery time from New Delhi is as follows:

  • Zone A (local/metro cities) 1-2 days
  • Zone B (intra-state/neighbouring cities) 2-3 days
  • Zone C (regional/national) 3-5 days
  • Zone D (remote/rural areas) 5-7 days
  • Zone E (special cases/extremely rural or hilly) 7-10 days

6. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct shipping address. We are not responsible for inputting, changing or correcting shipping addresses.

7. As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation.

8. Please note that we neither guarantee a delivery time nor a delivery service. Once the customer package departs our facility, we do not take responsibility for the delivery.
